Grapefruit juice and Apple cider vinegar to lose weight!
In order to lose weight many women successfully use the following mixture recommended by Dr. Oz’s. It consists of a mixture one cup of fresh or a 100% grapefruit juice and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Stir the ingredients and drink before every meal (2 or not more than 3 times a day) and you should effectively burn away your fat. In case you need to improve the taste you can add some Xylitol, Stevia or other safe sweetener.
The juice is high in vitamin C, which helps to burn fat faster, especially when you exercise. One study actually demonstrated that participants with diet high in vitamin C were able to burn 30% more fat during moderate exercise than those who were low in this vitamin. Apple cider vinegar, on the other hand, contains the Acetic acid which stimulates the body to burn more fat.
