CLEAN GREENS (PUKKA)

Clean greens powder (Pukka) is my favourite and one of the most powerfull natural remedies I know. Take 1 teaspoon of the powder 30 min before breakfast with vegetable juice or water and 1 teaspoon 30 min before lunch.
