.TRUTH ABOUT BREAST CANCER

Proper breast care should involve much more than mere regular screening, all the more since medical research proved that mammograms actually do not help reduce the risk of breast cancer which is the most common type of cancer in the UK. About one in eight women living here are diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime. There are many known factors that can contribute to the development of this condition including hormonal imbalance, weakness of the immune system, frequent use of stimulants, unhealthy, refined and deprived of nutrients diet, lack of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, toxic overload, or chronic stress. For this reason, it’s vital for all vulnerable women to improve their hormonal balance, boost immune system function, detoxify their bodies, improve functioning of the nervous system, and address nutritional deficiencies. Fortunately, apart from healthy lifestyle and diet, there are many nutritional supplements including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, herbs and super foods that have been shown to be very beneficial and effective in accomplishing this goal.
IS IT POSSIBLE?
This manual contains the best and most relevant information about natural ways to prevent and treat breast cancer whether it is benign or malignant.
If you manage to carefully follow all the recommendations presented here and also in the Health Recovery Plan, the complete recovery will be possible. And this bold statement is not only a wish or a theory but it is based on my own long experience as I personally know many individuals who permanently recovered from cancer after implementing the principles listed in the Health Recovery Plan and as a result of using the remedies and recommendations I have included in this article.
Although it is true that in case of the advanced stage of malignant caner, even the best therapy can’t guarantee recovery, yet even in this situation you shouldn’t despair and loose hope as there are many who overcame cancer even though they were sentenced to death. During my long experience I recommended the same excellent recovery plan to many people suffering from different types of cancer (including breast) and those who managed to implement its principles often permanently recovered including even some who were told their disease was terminal and were given a few months to live.
KEY CAUSES OF BREAST CANCER
Since there is a strange tendency today to blame soya for causing breast cancer we need to find out whether it is true or not:
Soya products are popular among Chinese women but somehow the breast cancer is almost unknown in China! Let us say that you live in America or UK and there are about 100,000 people living in your city. It means that almost 10,000 women might be diagnosed there with breast cancer. In China however, in a city of the same size only one woman would be diagnosed with breast cancer! Well, if popular in China soya products contribute to breast cancer then Chinese women should have higher risk of this type of cancer but instead the very opposite is true! In fact there are no scientific studies which would demonstrate that soya foods cause breast cancer. On the other hand there are many which proved that it greatly reduces risk of this condition:
So, you can and even should include in your diet cooked soy beans, fermented soya products or Tofu but make sure they come from none-genetically modified soya and do not eat too much of soya products remembering that there are also other pulses (legumes) which are also healthy.
So, what really causes breast cancer?
– Dairy and meat products are the key causes of all types of cancer!
What else, apart from meat and dairy, contributes to breast cancer?
– Diet low in fresh raw vegetables and fresh fruits:
– Refined sugar, high fructose/glucose syrup as they greatly weaken the immune system and cause nutritional deficiencies.
– Prescribed medication, antibiotics, hormones especially estradiol (often present also in tap water) >
– Vitamin D deficiency > According to the Journal of Clinical Cancer Research tumours can become highly aggressive as a result of low levels of vitamin D. The research also indicates that the lower the vitamin D level, the more aggressive the cancer can be.
– Stimulants: smoking, alcohol, caffeine (coffee, tea, cola drinks, etc.), theobromine (chocolate), illegal drugs etc.
– Sun block screens lotions or creams as they contain dangerous chemicals, hold in your sweat and do not allow sun to make vitamin D under your skin (vitamin D is one of the most important factor protecting you against cancer).
– High levels of oestrogen. Oestrogen dominance causes breast lumps because it is a powerful proliferator and its excessive levels stimulate abnormal cells in the breasts and uterus to multiply thus creating fibroids (lumps) in the breast and uterus. Failure to provide enough methyl groups (due to the deficiency of vitamin B12, B6, folate and some other nutrients) leads to raised homocysteine levels and allows oestrogens to accumulate, resulting in hormone imbalance and oestrogen dominance which leads to uterine and breast fibroids, breast lumps, PMS, and increased risk of cancer, heart attacks and strokes. It is therefore vital to use good quality supplements such as sublingual methylcobalamin (the best form of vitamin B12: 1000-2000mcg a day), vitamin B6 (50-100mg a day) and L-Methylfolate (much better form of vitamin B9 than folic acid: 100-400mcg a day) to prevent and treat oestrogen accumulation.
– Bad fats: margarine, most plant oils, animal fats
– Stress, anxiety, depression, negative thinking and attitude
– Environmental toxins, preservatives, harmful radiation

Apart from implementing principles from the Health Recovery Plan try to use as many of the following remedies as possible:
– Cold-pressed vegetable juices (beets, carrot, broccoli, tomatoes, kale, etc.) – 1 glass every hour or 3 glasses 3 x a day. Read more >
– Vitamin D3 – 20,000 – 40,000 IU a day for the first 3 months and 10,000 – 20,000 IU a day after that for another 3-6 months. Keep in mind that the more D3 you take the more magnesium supplements you need every day. Vitamin D should be also taken with vitamin K2 MK7 (200mcg a day) for better absorption.
– Turmeric capsules (HealthAid) – 3 x 1 caps with vegetable juices plus Curcumin 3 (HealthAid) – 1 capsule a day; plus whole ground Turmeric standardised 3 x 1 caps together with Curcumin 3. This combination will improve absorption and effectiveness.
– Vitamin D must be taken with vitamin K2 MK7 (200mcg a day) and magnesium citrate or another good quality magnesium (2 x a day 800mg) with water.
– Cat’s claw (5000mg) – 3 x a day 1 caps.
– Clean greens powder (Pukka) – 3 x a day 1 heaped teaspoon 30 min before meals or Chlorella (Pukka) – 2 x a day 10 – 20 tab. 30 min before breakfast and before lunch.
– Good quality Multivitamin-mineral formula or Vitamin B-complex: 1 tablet after breakfast. Please do not buy cheap formulas as their potency is very low and they contain only short list of inorganic ingredients. It must be a good quality formula such as Healthy Mega (HealthAid), VM75 (Solgar) or Special Two (NOW Foods) which are an excellent multi-vitamin and mineral formulas fortified with alfalfa powder, rutin, citrus bioflavonoids, bromelain, herbs, digestive enzymes and many other super nutrients. If your diet is very healthy and you stay away from refined foods, sugar and stimulants then take only 1/2 tablet after breakfast.
– Since Vitamin B complex (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Folate) play very important role in dealing with autoimmune diseases I recommand getting B complex with a good quality multivitamin-mineral formula which is high in B vitamins. One of my favourite ones is Healthy Mega (HealthAid) as it is not only high in B vitamins and at the same time it contains zinc, selenium, herbs, digestive enzymes, micronutrients, and few super grasses. Compared with other popular formulas Healthy Mega may contain even up to 60 times more vitamins per tablet (see the picture below)!
– Avoid bad oils such as sunflower oil, soya oil, corn oil or vegetable oil and use only raw coconut oil (for cooking, etc.) and cold-pressed flax oil and olive oil for salad dressing (not for cooking).
– Do not consume any milk, dairy or meat products!
– Go on totally plant-based unrefined diet (free from any animal foods). – No stimulants (chocolate, cocoa powder, coffee, tea, cola, alcohol, smoking, etc.)

– You must always think positive and be free from fear as fear and anxiety make your immune system very weak and unable to fight with cancer. – Apricot kernels (vitamin B17)
– Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is known to prevent Nuclear Factor kappa-B complex found in our cells from activating oncogenes that contribute to cell proliferation which increases the risk of malignant cancer. When these oncogenes are altered and activated by carcinogens or NF kappa-B, they can transform a previously benign cells into malignant cancer cells. Read more >
– Zinc (try citrate if you feel nausea taking zinc supplements): 30 to 50mg a day after breakfast. Zinc required for strong immune system. In a zinc deficient body immune system is not able to overcome cancer. Deficiency can cause gastrointestinal system to malfunction (for example, without zinc proteins can’t be properly digested), so foods aren’t completely digested. These food particles can then be absorbed into bloodstream where body misidentifies them as antigens and then produces antibodies against them weakening immune system. Also gluten can lead to a similar problem.
– Take good quality probiotic formulas as inflammations, weakness of the immune system and autoimmune diseases are linked with the deficiency of the probiotic bacteria in the gut.
– Vitamin B12: 1,000 to 2,000 mcg a day under the tongue (must be sublingual Methylcobalamin!). This vitamin is involved in the production of white blood cells which are responsible to deal with viral infections and many people with inflammations, weak immune system and autoimmune diseases have low levels of this most important vitamin. – Taking selenium supplements and increasing consumption of foods high in selenium (Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, garlic, onions, etc.).
BREAST CANCER RECOVERY STORIES
1. Surviving Cancer Without Chemo: I would like to give my testimony as to how I have been helped by the Hallelujah Acres Diet and Lifestyle. After being diagnosed and having surgery for breast cancer in 2002, my friend let me listen to a tape by Rev. Malkmus. The tape introduced me to the Hallelujah Diet. I was impressed by what Rev. I have gone to the oncologist regularly since then just to check whether I had cancer or not and to this date the oncologist has been unable to find any trace of cancer in my body. My big frustration is when I go to church fellowships where mostly all they serve is meat. I am also disheartened because so many of my friends are dying of cancer because they won’t listen and take any action to change their diet after I share my positive experience with cancer as a result of making a simple diet change. For some reason they think they have to eat meat. Then they take the chemo and the chemo usually causes their death. It is so frustrating that no matter what I say they continue to eat the very thing that is causing and feeding their cancers – MEAT, and then they take the doctor’s chemotherapy that causes their death. 2. RECOVERY FROM BREAST CANCER ON THE HALLELUJAH DIET: I was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2004. There is also a growing interest of treating cancer using HYDROGEN PEROXIDE or BAKING SODA. Personally I wouldn’t use these methods as both of them may cause dangerous side effects especially when used improperly. Apart from that, no therapy is more effective than the one presented here. However, I understand that not everyone is able or willing to go on completely plant-base and mostly raw diet or use the remedies listed above. So in this case if you are interested in HYDROGEN PEROXIDE or BAKING SODA first read a lot, get acquainted with all cons and pros, and if you decide to try them be very careful as they may cause dangerous side effects if you use them in a wrong way.
