The list of health conditions is linked with products according to their importance. It means the first one on the list can be regarded as most important.
Whatever condition you are trying to address, always take one tablet of Daily Essential Multivitamin (Phoenix Nutrition) two times a day with meals. In addition, take also at least 3,000 to 5,000 IU Vitamin D3 once a day with breakfast, 200 mg Magnesium (such as bisglycinate or citrate) twice daily, in the morning and evening, and Vitamin K2 (MK-7) – 50 mcg per every 1000 IU of D3. Remember that Vitamin D supplements can’t be activated without Magnesium. Also, without K2 and Magnesium, Vitamin D will contribute to calcification of body tissues and organs!
In order to effectively treat any of the listed below condition, you must always implement principles of the HEALTH RECOVERY PLAN > as without it you will only attempt to manage symptoms without addressing the causes of your problems.
