Atoms, Dna & Laminins – Wonders of God’s Intelligent Design

Atoms, Dna & Laminins - Wonders Of God’S Intelligent Design

Admiring God’s creation, King David wrote: “I will give thanks to you because I have been so amazingly and miraculously made. Your works are miraculous, and my soul is fully aware of this.”

But, imagine how much more excited and overwhelmed with admiration about God’s creation David would had been if he had access to the knowledge about the anatomy and physiology of human body available to us now.

First of all, let me remind you that everything in the entire universe is built of invisible atoms. That includes cosmos, stars, planets, air, plants, stones, sand, water, our bodies, cells, and DNA. Everything is built out of atoms.

An atom consists of nucleus with positively charged protons and neutral neutrons, and there are also negatively charged electrons that move around the nucleus with the speed close to the speed of light.

Atoms are so tiny that in order to see them scientists have to use most powerful microscopes available now. In the entire world there are only 3 such microscopes. Each costs almost 4 million pounds. And one of them is been used here in England.

Here you can see atoms of a natural unpolished diamond. All black dots in seen here represent single atoms. Each of these individual atoms is at least one millions times smaller than a tiny hardly visible dot on a piece of paper!

The Lord used these super tiny atoms to make cells our body is built of. And these cells are kind of smart and intelligent and can even communicate with one another through different enzymes and chemicals. Recently it was discovered that they communicate with one another also by generating light particle – photons.

An average human body consists of about 50 trillion cells. And each of these invisible with naked eye cells consists of the same number of 50 trillion atoms. So, we can say that the number of atoms in one human cell is the same as the number of cells in human body.

Atoms are extremely small, but inside them there are much smaller particles which can’t be seen through the most powerful microscopes. We know about their existence because scientists have some very clever methods to detect them.

In order to realise how small the nucleus is in comparison with the whole atom imagine that the whole atom is of the size of a football stadium. And, if the whole atom was of a size of a football stadium then the nucleus would have a size of a single wheat grain! In fact 99 % of an atom is just empty space! It means that electrons which move around the nucleus have tremendous amount of space there. Taking into consideration that electrons are twenty thousand times smaller than protons and neutrons, found in the nucleus, the space inside an atom is almost like a cosmos for them.

There are also many very interesting questions and facts regarding the electrical charges of these particles found inside atoms.

For instance, protons are positively charged and therefore they repel each other with a tremendous force. So how it is possible that in the nucleus they nicely cling together?

They stick to one another, because they are bound by an extremely powerful atomic (or nuclear) force called by scientists the strong nuclear force. This binding protons force is so powerful that breaking it triggers atomic explosion. One scientist once said that an average human body carries such tremendous amount of this binding protons strong nuclear force that if it was relieved it would trigger such a vast explosion that it would destroy not only our planet but the entire solar system!

It means that the amount of nuclear energy you carry in your body is just mind boggling. So, why you don’t explode? You don’t explode because the amazing and mysterious strong atomic force holds protons together, otherwise we all would burst and disappear in a split of a second.

Now, the question is what is the source of this strong atomic force which binds all the repelling each other protons in the nucleus of every single atom found in our body? If you want scientists who are evolutionists to start sweating ask them this question: Where this strong nuclear force which binds protons together comes from? And, how come it seems to know what particles to bind in nucleus?

However, the protons and neutrons are not the end of the story, because inside them scientists found even smaller particles called quarks. In both proton and neutron there are 3 quarks which are also bound together with the same strong nuclear force that holds protons together. Another name scientists use to describe this force is “gluon” derived from the English word “glue”.

But, why there are three quarks dwelling in proton and in neutron? Well, I believe that the One who made them wanted to point to the fact that like proton or neutron, that are single particles consisting of three indwelling bound with strong force quarks, also He is one but in three separate persons bound together by most powerful God’s Agape love energy.

I believe those three quarks represent a signature or a “logo” of God’s creation.

Some time ago I have managed to create my own website and in order to help visitors recognise that this unique website is mine I also made a logo which is a small graphic sign that represents my website.

Likewise, those three quarks found in protons and neutrons are our Creator’s logo and point to the truth that He exists in three perfectly united divine Persons. That is also the reason why Lord Jesus once said, “I and my Father are one.”

Now, I already told you that our body is made of atoms but in order to make up the entire human body, those atoms also have to stick together. So, let me now try to explain how they do it, how atoms stick to one another forming molecules.

Atoms make bonds with other atoms by sharing electrons which circulate around their nucleuses. Electrons move around the nucleus in different shells or orbits. And each shell may contain a fix number of electrons. And the closer the shells are to the nucleus the lower the number of electrons.

Therefore, the first shell, which is the closest to the nucleus, has the capacity of only two electrons, the second shell can contain eight electrons, the third shell – eighteen electrons, and fourth thirty two electrons.

Now, atoms are designed in such a way that when they are alone they do not contain full number of electrons, and because of that they “feel lonely”, they “feel empty and incomplete”. For this reason, they always have tendencies to look for another atom that would be able to complete their outer shell by sharing its electron or electrons with them.

And, it is very interesting, that we humans are created in exactly the same way, because we also appear in this world as single atoms, and when we are alone we feel incomplete and lonely, so we naturally have tendencies to find a partner we could share electrons with. Sometimes I am even tempted to think that may be also those lonely atoms that constantly look for partners inside our minds and hearts that escalate and intensify our feeling of loneliness and that powerful desire to find a loving partner. If you are human I am sure you know what I mean…

Okay, so, since atoms do not initially possess a complete number of electrons they attract electrons of other atoms and make friends with them. Both oxygen and hydrogen atoms are lonely and look for a partner to share electrons with. But how they attract each other?

Oxygen atom is stronger than hydrogen atom as it has more positively charged protons in its nucleus and those oxygen protons attract negatively charged electron of hydrogen. But since oxygen atom isn’t too strong to take away the hydrogen electron, it only attracts it and share with hydrogen atom.

However, since, oxygen needs not only one but two additional electrons, it has to react with another hydrogen atom to get the two extra electrons it needs to end up with 8 electrons in its outer shell.

So, it attracts another hydrogen atom, and now all the family of three atoms is happy, because the oxygen atom has full number of eight electrons and at the same time also both hydrogen atoms now have full number of 2 electrons.

Here you can see how a lonely and incomplete atom of oxygen attracted two lonely hydrogen atoms and formed one molecule of water H2O by sharing electrons with them.

But, this is only one molecule of water, and in order to see water this molecule has to be bound to many other similar H2O molecules.

So, how those molecules of hydrogen and oxygen that make bonds by sharing electrons join other molecules and form a visible water?

To make a visible water, H2O molecules attract other H2O molecules, but now that power of attraction is much weaker than between single oxygen and hydrogen atom. And since those bonds of attraction between them are so weak the bonds are not stable and as a result they constantly appear and disappear, appear and disappear. As a matter of fact these bonds exist for only one/trillionth of a second! And this is the reason why water is not solid but liquid. That is also why water is known as the “universe’s most miraculous molecule”.

So what’s the difference between molecular structure between water as a liquid, ice (or frozen water), and water in the form of a steam (or vapour)?

This graph explains it:

In a liquid water, hydrogen bonds between atom of oxygen and hydrogen appear and disappear constantly (those bonds exist only one/trillionth of a second). In case of ice, these bonds are constant, and in vapour, there are no bonds.

The knowledge we now have about atoms, inspires us to believe or assume that in order to create Adam, God also used many different types of atoms.

In an average human body the number of atoms is so great that it is expressed by seven followed by twenty seven zeroes (7 to the power of 27)! Another way of saying this huge number is seven billion, billion, billion.

Since our body is about seventy percent water you can guess that our body consists mostly of oxygen and hydrogen atoms. In addition, our body is also made up of a significant number of carbon atoms and a small amount of nitrogen, calcium and other atoms. But oxygen, hydrogen and carbon atoms add up to nighty nine percent of the total!

Now, it is interesting that about five thousand years ago, inspired Moses wrote in the book of Genesis that “Lord God formed a man (Adam) from the dust of the ground” (Genesis 2:7). It means Adam was created from the soil or clay, and today we know that the same atoms that make our body are present in the soil.

We can therefore assume that when God formed Adam, He used atoms from the dust of the ground, including atoms of oxygen, hydrogen, carbon and small amount of other atoms such as nitrogen, calcium, potassium, magnesium, or zinc that are present in the soil.

God took all those atoms and put them together in deferent sequences making molecules, compounds, chemicals, proteins, genes, cells, tissues, organs, and the entire covered with glowing skin most beautiful and muscular body of Adam.

On the basis of one of two thousand visions received from God, Ellen White wrote that, “Adam was more than twice as tall as men now living, and was well proportioned. His features were perfect and beautiful. His complexion was neither white, nor sallow, but ruddy, glowing with the rich tint of health. Eve was not quite as tall as Adam. Her head reached a little above his shoulders. She, too, was perfect in symmetry, and very beautiful.” (3SG 34.0)

Let us say that by average man’s height she meant about six feet which is around 180 centimetres. “Twice as tall” would be 12 feet which is equal to three meters and sixty vive centimetres. But since she wrote “more than twice”, we need to add let’s say only one foot. Ant that would give us 13 feet or about four meters!

Here you can see Robert Wadlow, the tallest know man who ever lived. He was two hundred and seventy two centimetres tall. It means that Adam was still over a meter taller than him, and in addition Adam didn’t look like as if he swallowed a broom stick but it was “well-proportioned” which means he was broader, muscular, most beautiful and very strong!

It means Adam was like a dinosaur, bigger and stronger than Goliath! Adam was big and strong enough to easily kill even tyrannosaurus rex as he was only about one metre shorter than most dangerous animal that appeared in the world as a result of sin.

Here you can see how an average man would look compared to Adam.

But Adam and Eve were not only much bigger than we are today, they also had much more energy.

There are some verses in the Bible which suggest that before the flood our planet was covered by a layer of water or water canopy which was found above the atmosphere.

Genesis chapter one and verse six says: “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”

Well, what is a ‘firmament’? The answer is found in verse twenty, which says: “The fowls [that’s the birds] fly above the earth, in the open firmament of heaven.”

Because of that water (or water and ice) canopy that encapsulated the pre-flood world, the atmosphere was at least fifty percent richer in oxygen, and also the atmospheric air pressure was two times higher.

When today we look at a piece of amber, sometimes we can see air bubbles trapped in it. It is very interesting that when scientists checked those trapped in amber air bubbles, they found that they were two times higher in oxygen than the air today!

We can therefore, imagine, that Adam and Eve had huge amount of energy from oxygen as due to high oxygen concentration and much higher atmospheric pressure, the oxygen was pressed into their brain and muscle cells with double strength thus allowing them to run with a speed of a small car for the entire day!

Today we use hyperbaric chambers in which oxygen is pressed into cells with higher strength to heal injuries much faster.

Have you ever seen a magnet floating on top of another magnet? That is called the Mysner Effect. If that ice canopy was let’s say 10 miles above the earth, even thing layer of water and ice suspended by the magnetic field would increase air pressure on the earth and block the harmful cosmic radiation such as UV rays, X-rays, or Gamma rays. As a matter of fact, scientists discovered that there is still plenty of water out there in space.

So, here we have the first man – Adam, who was physically perfect, unimaginably handsome, about four metres tall, stronger than tyrannosaurus, and brand new.

But that wasn’t enough, as the body, although beautiful, yet it was still composed of only a dead or inanimate matter.

So, Moses continued writing the inspired story of the creation and added that after forming the body from the dust of the ground, God breathed into Adams nostrils the breath of life and gave him a consciousness, the mind, or soul, and God also enriched Adam with His Spirit and perfectly unselfish Agape love.

The phrase “breath of life” in Hebrew language, in which Moses wrote the book of genesis, is “nishmat chayyim”.

It is interesting that when you want to read Hebrew language, you must start not from the left, like it is in many other languages, but from the right side toward the left, and from the end of the book, or from the last page toward the beginning.

In 1997 and 1998 I had a privilege to study theology in a seminary school, and of course, one of the subjects was the Old Testament. So, we had to go through the basics of the Hebrew language and therefore I had also my own copy of Hebrew Old Testament. And, one day I took it to show my colleagues who never studied theology, and asked them to find the beginning of that book. And I had a great fun, because although they desperately tried, yet they all failed, because it starts from the very end or the last page, and because the first sentence starts from the right instead of the left side.

Okay, coming back to our Hebrew text, the phrase “nishmat chayyim” starts from the letter “n” and those dots, dashes and colons represent vowels such as a, o, e, etc.

So, this is the first letter which is “n”, then we have vowel ”e”, and the second letter is “shin”. When this dot is on the upper right corner we read letter “shin” as “sz” (like “shelf”), and when it is in the left upper corner we read it as “s”.

The colon beneath letter “shin” is called “sheva” which is pronounced either as ”e” or it is silent, and here it’s silent. The next letter is “m”, then vowel “a”, and letter “t”.

“Nishmat chaim” – which means “the breath of life”.

It is also important to emphasise the fact that Hebrew language is a very spiritual and unique language. For instance, look at those tiny sharp upper corners of Hebrew letters. They point toward heaven as if to vindicate God and emphasize the fact that He is the Creator. Every single letter in this alphabet has this element and you will not find it in other alphabets.

According to the Hebrew tradition, this language was inspired by God himself. Of course, we don’t have a proof for that, but orthodox Jews even believe that Hebrew was the very language used by God when He was creating our world by speaking words.

Another reason Hebrew language is very unique is the fact that it is the only language in which individual letters have meaning and at the same time they are also used as numbers.

For instance, the first letter in Hebrew alphabet is “Aleph”. But, apart from being a letter which is pronounced as “a”, it also represents number one. By the orthodox Jews “Aleph” is regarded as sacred letter because one of its meanings is “Adonai”, which is one of the names of God and it means “Lord”.

“Aleph” also expresses the union, or relationship, between God and man. According to Hebrew tradition, the upper right arm represents God the lower left stands for man, and in between them there is the middle line, which symbolises Tora, or the Word of God, through which God communicates with man.

The middle part also symbolises the Messiah – the Son of God and Mediator between holy God and sinful man. This middle part touches the ground, because Jesus took human representative sinful nature and became our brother in the flesh, while the upper half of this middle part points to heaven because the Son of God at the same time has the divine nature.

The first letter “Aleph” and the last letter of Hebrew alphabet “szin” are the most important and holy letters, because both point to God, as the meaning of the first one is “Adonai” or “Lord”, while the meaning of the last one is “El Shaddai” and can be translated as “God Almighty”. Both these letters consist of three parts because they point to the trinity of God who is one (or perfectly united) but in three persons – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Only those two letters, the first and last in Hebrew alphabet refer to God to indicate that God is alpha and omega, the first and the last. It also points to Christ as in the Book of Revelation He says, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End” (22:13).

This is Hebrew word “Adam”, which refers to the first man created by God. It starts from letter “aleph” which refers to God and here it is silent as according to Jewish tradition it is too holy to be uttered by unclean human lips. So, since the first letter “Aleph” is silent, we start reading the Hebrew word “Adam” from the vowel “a”, and then letter “d”, another vowel “a”, and letter “m”.

It is interesting that the word “Adam” is closely related to the word “adamah” which can be translated as either “ground” or “read”. It means that “Adam” was taken from “adamah” or “ground” which also may also mean that the colour of the soil God used to create Adam was red.

However, it is also important to know that in the Old Testament the Hebrew word “Adam” in most cases referred not to Adam as individual but rather to him as representative of the entire human kind. Therefore the word Adam means also “mankind” or the whole of humankind. Also in the Greek New Testament Apostle Paul frequently points to the fact according to which because Adam was a human kind, our representative, and all humans were in him, his sin was representative sin and as a result all humans were born sinful and condemned. However, the wonderful good news is that according to the same inspired Paul, likewise also Christ is called the Second Adam which means that by taking our representative human nature He had right to represent the entire sinful human kind, and all of us were in Him when He lived a perfectly holy life and died going through the experience of second death. Therefore, since because we were in Him, and He was us His victory is our victory, His death is our death, and if we believe His resurrection is ours too (Romans 5:18).

Unfortunately, that first and created by loving God perfect, unselfish and holy Adam was deceived and rebelled against God. And as a result he had to die. But, what happened with him when he died?

According to the word of God the breath of life (the nishmat hayyim) came back to God and Adam’s body came back to dust.

Why his body became dust after he died?

Because body slowly deteriorates – atoms and molecules lose their electron bonds, again become separate molecules and single atoms, and look like dust.

And we all follow the same process when we die.

Death brings our corruptible body back to its original composition: “In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return” (Genesis 3:19).

But, we don’t have to mourn and feel hopeless, because God can use the same atoms and molecules from the dust and recreate us giving us perfect new bodies.

An average human body consists of about 50 trillion cells. Each one of those tiny cells has a nucleus. And in the nucleus there are 23 pairs of chromosomes (or 46 single chromosomes). Every chromosome consists of about 2 meters of DNA double helix, or deoxyribonucleic acid which looks like a twisted ladder.

The DNA double helix is divided into small sections called genes. And each gene is capable of producing a specific or different type of proteins necessary for performing various life functions in our body. These genes contain 4 different bases adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), and thymine (T), represented here by letters A, C, T and G. In just one single cell’s DNA there are 30 billion bases which make rungs of the DNA twisted ladder.

The type of protein those sections of DNA called genes make depends on the sequence in which those four bases or letter are arranged.

So, we can say that that this DNA actually contains a true code God used in order to create life. It’s like a computer code but much more complex. Therefore, the DNA code is like God’s Recipe for life.

Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft, once said that, “DNA is like a software program, only much more complex than anything we’ve ever devised.”

God used 4 letters and arranging them in different sequences He created a code which contains instructions for the cell how to divide itself, produce energy, how to detoxify itself, and to produce all proteins and chemicals necessary to perform all other life functions.

Created and used by God DNA code is, in a sense, similar to a computer code (or computer language) computer programmers use in order to create computer programs. The only difference is that programmers use only two digits: 1 and 0, while God used 4 letters (A, C, G, and T), representing 4 bases.

In order to create a computer program programmers use only two digits and arrange them in a different sequences such as 110010101 and so on.

But if they arranged those two digits in a random way would they be able to create any computer program? No, because it requires intelligent and meaningful arrangement!

And the same we can say about those 4 bases in DNA represented by 4 letters. If they were arranged in a random way could they produce any protein? No, because it requires an intelligent and meaningful design and arrangement!

It proves that our Creator used real words and language while creating all living organisms including us – humans. It also proves life could not come into existence by random chance because as someone said, “Messages, languages and coded information never, ever come from anything else besides a mind.  No one has ever produced a single example of a message that did not come from a mind.”

It’s like when you walk along the beach and you see a sentence written in the sand, “Mike loves Linda”, do you immediately assume that this sentence was created by waves and arrange? Do you think these letters were arranged in a correct and meaningful sequence by waves? No! No, because although waves are a type of a force and can create some shapes yet they are deprived of intelligence and therefore can’t engrave in a sand a complex and meaningful sentences. So when you see such sentence on the beach you know that an intelligent person created that sentence.

In addition to that, the sentence you see on the beach, or even computer program, is extremely simple in compression with DNA structure, which is unbelievably complex and it contains three-billion-letter script, directing the cell’s life processes.

Knowing this it is extremely hard to believe this super complex design could come into existence as a result of evolution. Professor Antony Flew was one of the world’s most outspoken atheists in the twentieth century. For over 50 years he was the main player on the stage leading the war against the existence of God. In countless debates, articles and books he basically said the same thing: “the evidence for God falls like a pack of cards under scientific scrutiny.”

But after 50 years of saying there is no God, in 2004, as he climbed into his 80’s he suddenly shocked his colleagues by shifting his position. As science advanced and our ability to investigate more deeply the complexities of life and as more information on DNA became available he went on to say the following words: “Unbelievable complexity of the arrangements which are needed to produce life – proves that Intelligence must have been involved.”

In a 2004 article titled “the Leading Atheist Now Believes in God”, By Richard Ostling, I have found the following statement: “One of the world’s most famous atheists, Professor Antony Flew, admitted he couldn’t explain how DNA was created and developed through evolution. He now accepts the need for an intelligent source to have been involved in the making of the DNA code: ‘What I think the DNA material has done is show that intelligence must have been involved in getting these extraordinary diverse elements together,’ he said.”

Also Jeremy Narby, anthropologist from Stanford University admiring the complexity of human DNA wrote: „Some biologists describe DNA as an ‘ancient high biotechnology,’ containing‚ over a hundred trillion times as much information by volume as our most sophisticated information storage devices.’ DNA is only ten atoms wide and as such constitutes a sort of ultimate technology: It is organic and so miniaturized that it approaches the limits of material existence. If one stretches out the DNA contained in the nucleus of a human cell, one obtains a two-yard long thread that is only ten atoms wide (and the two ribbons that make up this filament wrap around each other several hundred million times). This thread is a billion times longer than its own width. Relatively speaking, it is as if your little finger stretched from Paris to Los Angeles”.

Dr Don Johnson – a retired scientist and professor with two Ph.D.s – in Analytical Chemistry and Computer Science said: “Every history of the twentieth century lists three thinkers as preeminent in influence: Darwin, Marx and Freud. All three were regarded as ‘scientific’ and far more reliable than anything ‘religious’ in their heyday. Yet Marx and Freud have fallen, and even their dwindling followers no longer claim that their insights were based on science. I am convinced that Darwin is next on the block. His fall will be by far the mightiest of the three”.

If you managed to unravel DNA from all of your cells and laid out the DNA end to end, the strand would stretch from the Earth to the Sun hundreds of times, which is mind boggling when you take into consideration the fact that the sun is 98 million miles away from Earth!

DNA is not merely a molecule or a pattern. Yes, it contains chemicals and proteins, but these chemicals are arranged to form an extremely complex language or a code, in a similar way that English and HTML are languages.

DNA uses a four-letter alphabet, which intelligently arranged create meaningful words, sentences and exceptionally complex precise life instructions and systems that even check for errors and correct them in a super intelligent way. It is formally and scientifically a code a language which is so complex that it required not only an intelligent plan but a superhuman design and implementation in an infinitesimal setting.

Are you aware of the fact that scientists can now translate the computer language, which consists of only two digits, into the DNA language, which consists of four letters, and store that converted computer data in DNA! In this unique translation process, the two bases of DNA, T and G, stand for digit one, used in computer language, while A and C represent zero.

Listen to this: „A bioengineer and geneticist at Harvard’s Institute have successfully stored seven hundred terabytes of data in a single gram of DNA!”

„Scientists believe DNA can be a potential storage medium for a long time, for two very good reasons: It’s incredibly dense (you can store one bit per base, and a base is only a few atoms large); and it’s incredibly stable — where other storage mediums (hard drive) need to be kept in sub-zero vacuums, DNA can survive for hundreds of thousands of years in a box in your garage.”

The fact that DNA can survive in a garage for hundreds of thousands of years proves that we were originally programmed in the Garden of Eden to live for how long? For ever.

And in one cell DNA there are 30 billion bases which make rungs of the DNA twisted ladder.

The fact that DNA can survive in a garage for hundreds of thousands of years proves to me that we were originally programmed in the Garden of Eden to live how long? For ever.

It is a scientific truth that God used true code, language, letters and words to create life and us!

Look what the Word of God tells us about it: “In the beginning was the Word” (John 1:1). It means that in the beginning was DNA language, God and Christ used to create life.

In another place the Bible says that “In the beginning… God spoke… and it happened (Genesis 1) (it came into existence). Another words, God created life using His super intelligent DNA language. And, the “ink” He used to “write” DNA “words” was in the form of atoms out of which all the animate and inanimate matter is made.

Information can only come from a mind, from intelligence. If all books, songs, emails, messages, letters, poems, and TV shows come from intelligent humans, then also DNA and all living organisms certainly came from an Intelligent Mind, which taking into consideration the amazing complexity of DNA and life, had to be super intelligent.

In the beginning were words and language.

When we think about the mystery of life – where this miracle came from – should we not at the same time ask the question where it is going, what its purpose, and what the last word will be?

The next incredible information I am going to share with you should make ladies very proud. You can feel pride because only you carry in your DNA the evidence that we all come from one recent common ancestors, namely Adam and Eve.

Listen to this: „The human mitochondrial genome (DNA) is of tremendous interest to geneticists because analysis of variation in the human mitochondrial genome has led to the postulation of a recent (please notice the word “recent”) common ancestor for all humans on the maternal line of descent.”

On the basis of that discovery even Nature magazine presented an article in which it included the following shocking statement: “Family tree shows our common ancestor lived just 3,500 years ago. The most recent common ancestor of all humanity lived just a few thousand years ago, according to a computer model of our family tree. Researchers have calculated that the mystery person, from whom everyone alive today is directly descended, probably lived around 1,500 BC in eastern Asia” (>).

Wow! Can you believe this? The Nature magazine which has been promoting evolution theory and big bang for decades now admits we all come from one and a recent ancestor!

But, is that common ancestor of all humanity a “mystery person” as they say?

Who according to the Bible was that common ancestor who lived a few thousand years ago?

It was patriarch Noah, of course, who with his small family was the only survivor after the flood.

And, although those scientists still miss about a thousand years, as Noah lived 4400 years ago and not 3500 years ago, yet they are now very close to the truth in comparison to what they used to teach us, and many of them still cling to this unbelievably foolish idea.

They told us that in the beginning there was nothing. And somehow out of that nothing a matter appeared. And this matter was extremely dense and accumulated in a tiny dot like a pinhead. And because that matter was accumulated in such a small space it finally exploded creating the entire universe full of galaxies, laws, full of order and beauty.

And among those planets there was also our beautiful planet which came into existence. And in the beginning it was very hot but it cooled down slowly and somehow water appeared there, and first primitive organism in the form of a bacteria which evolved into more complex organisms such as animals and dinosaurs. And finally, the first grandpa appeared in the form of a monkey that evolved to our common ancestor who according to this theory of great stupidity lived 30 billion years ago.

Normally when we hear something like this for the first time it sounds like a fairy tale, but since so called scientists, enforced this lie in many sophisticated scientific words and kept on repeating and brainwashing people for many years many of them were finally deceived and started believing in it.

Thank God, we have now another proof in the form of the discovery of the recent common ancestor of all humans, which uncovers the foolishness of that, so called, scientific idea which, unfortunately, is still used all over the world to brainwash school children and university students.

– If you tried typing out the entire genetic code found in a single cell, typing at 200 letters per minute, without taking any breaks, it would take you about 30 years!

– DNA is found inside every cell in our body, apart from red blood cells.

– Each cell contains two metres of DNA.

– Average human body consists of have 50 to 100 trillion cells.

– Our chromosomes are arranged in pairs. We inherit one copy of the pair from our Mum and one from our Dad.

– There are approximately 3 billion chemical letters (bases) in the DNA code in every cell of human body.

– When the human genome is printed out in a series of books, the DNA sequence fills more than 100 books.

– The DNA is made up of 4 building blocks that make an alphabet of 4 letters spelling out all the instructions to help us grow, develop and function.

– The complete set of genetic information for an organism is called the genome. There are about 25,000 genes in the human genome.

Let me share with you a very interesting example of how human anatomy can be linked to Christ and the symbol of His death.

Have you ever heard about an interesting found in our body structure called laminin?

Laminin has something in common with certain text found in the Bible. It was written by Apostle Paul in his letter to Christians living in the first century in Colossae. Today it is in Turkey but at that time it belonged to the Roman Empire and was mostly inhabited by Greeks, Jews, and Romans. The letter was written by Paul during his imprisonment in Rome in the first century. Colossae was located 120 miles east of Ephesus in the part of the Roman territory of Asia Minor resting at the foot of Mount Cadmus.

In this letter to Colossians inspired Apostle Paul says that Christ holds all things together: “For by him (Christ) all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible… And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:16-17).

What does it mean that in Christ all things hold together? How in Christ all things hold together?

The Bible states that He created everything, including invisible things such as atoms, protons, neutrons, electrons and quarks.

So, how He holds all those invisible particles together?

He holds, found in nucleus, protons and neutrons together by the power known to us today as the strong nuclear force (or gluon). Using the same strong nuclear force, He holds together quarks, found in protons and neutrons. The same Christ holds nucleus and electrons together, using the electro-magnetic force. Then He also holds atoms and molecules of atoms together through electron bonds and other types of bonds.

After Jesus used all these forces to hold atoms together He used these atoms, as building blocks, to create DNA and all types of cells in order to form human body out of them. However, He had to find the way how to hold all the body cells and tissues together as otherwise our body would fall apart. And in order to accomplish this task He created special amazing structures known to us today as laminins. So, what are these laminins?

According to one of the books on anatomy and physiology, “Laminins provide attachment for cells inside organs. They ‘glue’ the cells to the connective tissue.” So, laminin is described by science as a kind of glue which holds our cells and body together.

Do you want to see how does laminin look like? When I saw it for the first time my jaw dropped and I said, “Wow! You must be kidding me! It was so amazing because the laminin through which Christ holds our cells and body together looks like a … cross!

One of the books dealing with anatomy and physiology states that, “Electron microscope reveals a cross-like shape for all laminins investigated so far.” Wow! Can you believe it?

Another article says, that, “Peter Elkblom and Rupert Timpl describe laminins as proteins that ‘hold cells and tissues together’.” It simply means that Jesus Christ in whom “dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily”, and in whom “we are complete” (Colossians 2:9) used laminins which looks like a cross to hold our cells and tissues together.

Was Apostle Paul right by saying that in Christ all things (visible and invisible) hold together? Yes he was. Did he know anything about atoms, gluons or laminins? No, because he wrote those words over two thousand years ago.

But let us find out more details about those incredible cross-shaped laminins. How many parts does laminin consist of?

You should be able to guess by now. A single laminin consists of three parts. Here is the proof in the form of another quote: “Laminin is a large flexible complex of three very long polypeptide chains arranged in the shape of a cross.”

Why laminin consists of three parts?

The reason is the same as it is in the case of the three smallest particles called quarks which Christ holds together inside protons and neutrons.

Those three parts of cross-like laminin and three quarks in protons and neutrons are the signature or a logo of the One who created us. In both cases there are three of them because He wants us to know that it is He who made us and that He is one God in three divine Persons perfectly united and bound together by most powerful God’s Agape love.

Remember what I told you about Hebrew language which was inspired by God? In this language only the first letter Aleph and last Shin refer to God. And each of these two letters, that carry God’s names, consist of three parts, because God exists in three persons.

Isn’t is, therefore, amazing that also the laminin, through which Jesus holds our cells together, also consists of three parts?

It is interesting that before I learned about laminin I included exactly the same cross-like shape of laminin in the logo of my website. Doesn’t it look like laminin too?

Well, it is so mind-boggling that even in our body we can find something that points to the cross of Jesus Christ who saved us through His cross. Unfortunately, there are so many people who do not get the message as the same inspired apostle Paul wrote that, “The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God!”

We have learned about atoms and how God used those perfectly stable atoms to form molecules, DNA, cells, tissues, organs, and the entire perfect human body of Adam, who originally was designed to live for ever in a perfect environment.

Unfortunately, when sin entered the world, it was followed by death which was also the result of the degradation of previously perfectly stable atoms. As a result, human body cells are today constantly bombarded by unstable and very harmful atoms known as free radicals.

What are free radicals?

Free radicals are atoms or molecules (groups of atoms) of oxygen, nitrogen or another type, but they are unstable and damaged atoms, as they have unpaired electrons that make them unstable and highly reactive.

There are many types of free radicals, for instance oxygen, nitrogen, or other types, but oxygen radicals are the most common ones.

Why free radicals are so harmful to human body?

An atom’s condition and behaviour is determined by the number of electrons in its outermost shell. When the outermost shell is complete, the atom is stable and not reactive. But, if the outermost shell is not full, it becomes unstable and reactive. Free radicals form when one of the weak bonds between electrons is broken and an uneven number of electrons remain. As a result such damaged atom will now try steal an electron from stable atoms or neighboring molecules of atoms to stabilize itself. Unfortunately, although by gaining another electron this atom stabilises itself, it leaves its victim short of an electron converting it to a bad free radical, or a thief, which will steal electrons from good atoms. This process triggers a very harmful enormous chain reaction or a free radical cascade that quickly wreaks havoc on human cells and organs. It is estimated that such radical chain reaction can trigger 6.023 x 1021 billion molecules to react per second!

What type of damage do free radicals cause?

This dangerous radical domino effect causes a lot of damage in human body. It damages cell’s DNA (genetic material) thus converting normal cells to abnormal ones. If these abnormal cells with damaged DNA multiply, they create tumours and finally Cancers and other problems.

Radicals also harm cellular mitochondria (the energy generating power stations of human cells). By damaging cellular engines radical make us feel tired as our brain and muscle cells can’t produce enough energy.

By imposing harmful effect on cellular mitochondria and DNA radicals weaken also the immune system cells thus greatly increasing the risk of developing cancer, autoimmune diseases, allergies, or chronic inflammations and frequent infections.

Radicals also damage cell membranes, including the membranes that make the inner lining of arteries. As a result cholesterol builds up much faster in those damaged arteries leading to heart attacks and strokes.

Internal sources of free radicals

– Our body naturally produces free radicals as a by-product of cellular energy production (from glucose and oxygen). This is similar to a car that produces toxic exhaust fumes as the waste product of the combustion of petrol. Likewise when our cells generate energy using glucose and oxygen they also make some by-products in the form of free radicals.

But, does this mean that energetic exercise is a bad idea? No, if exercise was harmful we wouldn’t be constantly bombarded with information providing evidence about amazing health benefits of regular physical activity. If exercise-produced free radicals are bad, why do studies show that the more we exercise, the longer we’ll live? A regular 20-mile-a-week runners doesn’t have to worry about free radicals overproduction simply because his body produces plenty of antioxidant enzymes to deal with free radicals. Therefore, the more healthy type of exercise we practice, the more our body turns into a fortress against free radicals.

According to Mark Hyman, MD, “Exercise increases glutathione levels and thereby helps boost your immune system, improve detoxification and enhance your body’s own antioxidant defences. You can also eat glutathione-boosting foods. And you can take glutathione-boosting supplements.”

On the other hand, it is true that an excessive exercise such as hard body building or a typical professional sports training can be dangerous as it generates too many radicals for the body to handle. This is one of the reasons why from time to time we hear about professional athletes that develop chronic diseases such as cancer: “Marathon runners, however, are facing a tremendous amount of oxidative stress and immune dysfunction. It means that for them, the oxidative stress goes beyond what their bodies can cope with.” In this case, if you can’t or don’t want to give up on excessive exercise you should help your body by providing it with good quality antioxidants from both foods and in the supplemental form, including alpha lipoic acid, acetyl l-carnitine, coenzyme Q10, etc.

– Emotional stress, fears, anxiety, depression, mood changes, irritability, agitation, and other negative feelings and emotions significantly increase free radical load on the body. The mechanism hidden behind it is not clearly understood, but what we know is that stress induces the release of stress hormones (adrenalin and cortisone) and increased levels of these hormones are responsible for generating free radicals.

– Also our immune system produces free radicals as it uses them to kill bacteria, viruses, cancer cells and fungi. When we get sick from time to time everything is under control, but problem starts with chronic health conditions that last longer, such as chronic inflammation, arthritis, cancer, asthma, chronic sinusitis, bronchitis, hay fever, allergy, intolerances to gluten and lactose, etc. In such cases the immune system becomes chronically over-activated, and as a result it constantly produces free radicals leading to an extra burden of free radical stress in the body and related harmful effects. It is therefore, very important to recover from chronic diseases and also avoid acute conditions by the means of healthy lifestyle, stress control, consuming more raw vegetables, avoiding sugar, dairy, bad fats, supplementing with vitamin D3, selenium, zinc, magnesium, B complex, B12, chlorella, and various herbs.

– Liver produces free radicals as it breaks down compounds and detoxifies the body.

External sources of free radicals

First of all we need to do our best to avoid the external sources – everything which causes overproduction of free radicals:

– Preservatives and bad chemicals in foods

– Herbicides and pesticides

– Prescription drugs

– Pollution and radiation

– Heavy metals

– Stimulants (alcohol, smoking, illegal drugs, caffeine, etc.)

– Trans and hydrogenated fats (refined oils, margarine, chips, fried foods, etc.)

– Refined sugar and sweeteners

– Regular consumption of heated animal protein (dairy, meat) also activates immune system (leucocytosis) leading to overproduction of free radicals.

How to neutralise free radicals?

– Since the more toxins liver has to neutralise the more radicals it will make we need to help our liver and bring it some relief by detoxifying the body through drinking distilled water, raw vegetables juices and herbal teas, ingesting chlorella, charcoal, by avoiding toxins, medications (if possible), stimulants, by sweating, etc.

– Because regular consumption of heated animal protein (found in dairy and meat) also activates immune system (triggering leucocytosis) and leading to overproduction of free radicals we should avoid or at least significantly reduce consumption of these products as well as overheated plant foods.

– We should do our best to recover from any chronic inflammation such as allergies, arthritis, cancer, hay fever, autoimmune diseases, bronchitis, etc.

In summery try to avoid sources of free radicals: Preservatives and bad chemicals in foods and supplements, Herbicides and pesticides, Prescription drugs, Pollution and radiation, Heavy metals, Stimulants (alcohol, smoking, illegal drugs), Trans and hydrogenated fats (refined oils, margarine, chips, fried foods, etc.), Refined sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Antioxidants are substances that can prevent or slow damage to our cells caused by free radicals. They are sometimes called “free-radical scavengers.” Antioxidants are compounds produced in our body and found in foods or nutritional supplements.

Internal sources of antioxidants

Like it was with regards to the sources of radicals also in case of antioxidants there are internal and external sources.

Our body makes its own powerful antioxidants such as Glutathione, Catalase, and Superoxide dismutase (SOD). Unfortunately since we are exposed to so many free radicals due to stress, pollution, junk food and other sources, the demand for antioxidants is much higher now and therefore we need to help our body by providing it with additional antioxidants in the form of unrefined plant products, super foods, super grasses, herbs and good quality supplements.

ORAC value list (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity)

Below I have included list of best natural sources of antioxidants in descending order. I have removed numbers after noticing that there are big differences between them depending on sources. Those that are marked in bold are in my opinion the best sources as they are not only very high in antioxidants but at the same time free from side effects an can be consumed in larger amounts (unlike cloves, cinnamon, cocoa, etc.). Also keep in mind that the ORAC values of any and also the same food can differ due to growing conditions, processing, storage, etc. Usually the fresher the food the higher in antioxidants it should be.

Cloves (harmful!)

Sumac bran

Cinnamon (harmful!)

Bee Pollen

Sorghum bran raw

Oregano dried

Black Raspberry

Turmeric ground

Acai berry dried

Cocoa (harmful!)

Parsley dried

Basil dried

Thyme fresh

Marjoram fresh

Goji berries

Rice bran crude

Flax seed

Elderberries raw

Oregano fresh

Cranberries raw

Kidney beans red

Black beans

Pistachio nuts

Apples dried

Basil fresh

Dill weed

Apples red

Please keep in mind that although certain mentioned in the list above foods or spices are very high in antioxidants, yet at the same time they can’t be regarded as good sources because they can’t be consumed in large enough amounts due to toxicity or harmful effect.

The best examples are clove, cinnamon and cocoa powder. Cloves, for instance, contain eugenol which according to some studies promotes abnormal internal bleeding. Allergy is another common side effect caused by eugenol. Can cause irregular electrical activity in the brain, making us vulnerable to one-time or multiple seizures. Causes inflammation of mucous membranes of the mouth and stomach. Several studies have revealed that it can cause extensive damage to our gum, and teeth. In men, clove can cause erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.

On the other hand, Bee Pollen, Oregano, Black Raspberry, Turmeric, Pomegranate, Acai, Parsley, Blackberry, or Spirulina are much better and excellent sources because, although they are not as high in antioxidants as clove, yet at the same time they are not harmful and can be consumed in larger quantities.

Key supplemental antioxidants

Here is the list of the most effective antioxidants in the form of supplements:

Pycknogenol, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Coenzyme Q10, Resveratrol, Astaxanthin, Quercetin, Zeaxanthin, Lycopene, Lutein, Selenium, Manganese, Chlorophyll, Chlorella, Spirulina, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Beta-Carotene, Copper, Flavonoids, etc.

How antioxidants prevent free radicals from causing oxidative damage

Free radicals are harmful because they are deprived of paired electrons and as a result they steal electrons from other atoms, making them bad zombies, thus triggering a very damaging to cells in our body chain reaction. Anti-oxidants, known as free radical scavengers, are the best and the only remedy against free radical damage, because they have the ability to neutralize these destructive radical particles. They do it by donating to radicals their own electrons. In this way antioxidants transform bad radicals into healthy and good atoms or molecules (groups) of atoms. However, donating their own electrons to free radicals, antioxidants themselves eventually perish in the process.

This self-sacrificing achievement of antioxidants that transform evil free radicals making them good again, reminds me the work of Jesus. According to the Word of God, we all became like those bad free radicals, as by nature we are all deprived of the electron of God’s Spirit and the unselfish Agape love, and as a result we are born with egocentric, spiritually-dead natures. But, Christ came to our radical world to give us back what was stolen from us in the Garden of Eden by the first super evil originator of all radicals. He donated us the electron of God’s Spirit and selfless love, making spiritually alive and transforming anyone who believes and accepts this supreme gift of God. And, like those good antioxidants that provide electrons to radicals and save them at the cost of own existence, the Son of God also paid the price for our salvation by going through the horrible experience of the second death.
