Poor Circulation In Feet
Slawomir Gromadzki
Poor circulation in the feet is usually a symptom rather than the real problem, so it is important to find the cause.
Common causes include diabetes or pre-diabetes, narrowed arteries (peripheral artery disease), smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, chronic inflammation, lack of exercise, obesity, vitamin deficiencies (especially B12), nerve damage and sometimes heart or kidney problems.
If your feet become very cold, pale or blue, if you have pain in your calves when walking, or sores that do not heal, please see your doctor promptly. Ask about having an Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) test to check the blood flow to your legs.
By God’s grace, I would focus on reducing inflammation, improving circulation and helping your blood vessels recover naturally, asking the Lord for His blessing.

- Drink fresh vegetable juice daily (especially beetroot, celery, carrot and leafy greens).

You could also try soaking your feet for 30-60 minutes in warm water with a of organic cayenne pepper and natural clay. Stop if the skin becomes irritated. If you have diabetes or reduced feeling in your feet be careful with this treatment and hot water.
Exercise
Exercise on bike or walking is one of the best ways to improve circulation. Start with short walks every day and gradually increase the distance. Also do simple calf raises and ankle exercises several times daily, as the calf muscles act like a second heart to help pump blood through the legs.
