Due to dehydration, lack of dietary fibre, sedentary lifestyle and excessive stress one of the most common problems today is constipation. Unfortunately, it can be very dangerous as it is one of the key causes of not only piles, leaky gut syndrome, diverticulitis, or hiatus hernia, but also colorectal cancer. It is therefore very important to ensure regularity and avoid constipation. You should have at least one, but even better two bowel movements per day. In addition, in a healthy normal individual, bowel movements should be easy quick, odourless, and comfortable. But, if you are one of those individuals who keep magazines or books in the toilet you really need to do something about it.

One of the most effective natural ways to cope with constipation and prevention of the mentioned above health problems is the use of Castor Oil. Castor Oil is a cold-pressed vegetable oil derived from the seed of the Castor (Ricinus communis) plant. It fights constipation by stimulating the walls of both the small and large intestines to move faster. In this way it speeds up the time waste material requires to pass through the colon. As a result the faecal matter retains more water which makes it easy to be removed from the body.

Safely fights constipation & aids regularity

Castor Oil is most famous for its laxative effect. It works by improving the movement of the intestines, helping the stool to retain water for easy bowel movement. In addition it is recommended as a very safe way to fight constipation as it is completely free from ricin which was deactivated during the oil extraction process. The laxative effect is usually felt within 2 to 5 hours of taking the oil.

Helps maintain clean & healthy colon

Castor Oil can be taken internally to help improve gastric health and skin conditions by offering a natural colon cleanser effect. This helps reduce the build-up of toxins, thus reducing risk of various intestinal and skin problems.

Affects the entire length of intestines & colon

What makes Castor Oil different from most other products is its ability to affect the entire length of the digestive colon, instead of only the lower bowel or the large intestines. Unlike other laxatives that influence the colon, the action of castor oil starts in the small intestine. It, therefore, empties both the small and large intestine, resulting in the body feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Used externally helps with dry & damaged skin & hair

Castor oil is one of the best kept beauty secrets as it is high in vitamin E, beneficial essential fatty acids and other ingredients that stimulate blood circulation, slow down ageing and nourish skin and hair. It is superb especially for dry and damaged skin and hair. Castor oil also helps to stimulate elastin and collagen, preventing wrinkles, softening and hydrating skin. For external use break 1 to 3 capsules, mix with olive oil or coconut oil and massage into the skin or roots of your hair at least once a week.
