SKIN CANCER (MELANOMA)

One of the key causes of skin cancer (Melanoma) is not overexposure but underexposure to the sun but and deficiency of vitaminD – the sun vitamin! Obviously in any cloudy country, such as England, almost every person is deficient in vitamin D. But the situation is not much better also in hot and sunny regions since people living there do not expose their bodies to the sun on a regular basis. In India, for instance, 80% of people are deficient in vitamin D!
Vitamin D is important for human nervous system and it also assists in the prevention of osteoporosis brought on by the menopause. Vitamin D appears to be much more important than calcium in preventing fractures.
While taking vitamin D3 supplements always remember to take also well absorbed magnesium (such as citrate) as vitamin D supplements lead to magnesium deficiency over time. Vitamin D3 supplements may lead to magnesium deficiency symptoms such as headaches, insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, constipation, muscle cramps, heart palpitations, etc. This is true also in case of those who get high doses of vitamin D from the sun. Apart from that magnesium, like vitamin K, plays important role in proper absorption of vitamin D. If you neglect taking magnesium supplements you may experience similar symptoms as the person who on one of the websites shared the following story: “I started to become insomniac last year after several months of taking 2000 IU of vitamin D3 every day. Lack of sleep – waking up at 4am every night – was driving me nuts. Then I read that high doses of synthetic vitamin D3 can cause magnesium deficiency. Started taking magnesium, and normal sleep was immediately restored.”
Another reason magnesium is so important here is that it is necessary for proper absorption of vitamin D. Therefore, in cases where large doses of vitamin D3 don’t seem to work the true problem is usually not bad absorption but magnesium deficiency. Unfortunately, it is believed that the underlying magnesium deficiency is difficult to detect and that testing for magnesium is often not reliable.
Unfortunately, public health warnings about skin cancer have caused a rise in Vitamin D deficiency through lack of sunlight. For a very long time scientists as well as medical professionals and NHS brainwashed people suggesting that sun can cause skin cancer. In this way they effectively scared majority of people out of the sun which resulted in the widespread and huge vitamin D deficiency. The truth, however is that only an unwise and prolonged sunbaths can probably contribute to the development of a skin cancer and only in case of someone who often uses stimulants and whose diet includes a lot of animal and refined products. The sun, if used properly, always was and still is a healing agent for our body and not something to be avoided. Apart from that, our contemporary knowledge on this subject gives enough reasons to believe that avoiding sun is much more harmful than unwise prolonged sun exposures.
Type 1 diabetes, Multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, schizophrenia, asthma, autism, and food allergy have all been constantly increasing and all are associated with low sunshine exposure and vitamin D deficiency. According to the Oxford study published in BMC Medicine in 2013 many autoimmune diseases have been linked to vitamin D deficiency.
Contrary to what media and sunscreen makers dictate, there is a decrease in the rates of malignant melanoma among people who live in regions of strong UVB exposure! There are almost one thousand references in the medical literature demonstrating the effectiveness of vitamin D – in both preventing and treating cancer. Sunscreens, on the other hand, contribute to cancer because they contain carcinogens and because they do not allow sun to make vitamin D which fights with cancer. According to Marco Torres, “The sunscreen industry makes money by selling products that actually contain cancer-causing chemicals. It then donates a portion of that money to the cancer industry through non-profit groups like Cancer Societies which, in turn, run heart-breaking public service ads and charity events urging people to donate and use sunscreen to prevent cancer.” (January 20, 2015, Waking Times)
Besides, it is not UVB but UVA which is responsible for causing cancerous mutations that may lead to malignant melanoma (skin cancer). UVA can also break down the vitamin D formed in our skin as a result of outdoor UVB exposure. The fact is however, that skin cancer has been increasing even among the indoor workers simply because unlike UVB, UVA is able to pass through glass. On the other hand, according to the current scientific research, vitamin D3 (which we should have mostly from the sun exposure), is regarded as one of the most effective factors protecting us against cancer including melanoma.
Present scientific studies and research suggest that obesity may be associated with vitamin D deficiency because apart from improving fat cell metabolism vitamin D can also act as an appetite suppressant which effect is achieved by stimulating the release of leptin. New studies give evidence that vitamin D helps us to burn more calories by making fat cells more metabolically active, and by turning our body from a fat-storing into a fat-burning mode. Apart from that, according to some specialists, vitamin D can be trapped within the fat and cannot be easily released. This means that obese and overweight individuals actually require twice as much vitamin D as people with normal body weight.
A study by researchers at the University of Minnesota demonstrated that participants who were overweight had better results in losing weight after increasing their vitamin D intake. Scientists believe that the difference was caused by the fact that vitamin D deficiency (and lack of calcium) stimulates production of certain fatty acid and enzyme called synthase, which in our body increases conversion of calories into fat. Thus sufficient amount of vitamin D intake prevents this process and helps to cope with obesity. According to Dr. Peterson, using high dosages of vitamin D obese people can lose a lot of weight especially in the first week and then up to 15 pounds during the 1-month period.
Vitamin D, which is converted by the sun from cholesterol on the skin, is regarded today as extremely important health-sustaining factor because apart from being a vitamin it works as a hormone which can influence thousands of different human genes and cells. Recent studies suggest that maintaining our vitamin D levels at around 50ng/ml to 80ng/ml may have incredible health benefits relating to fat metabolism, cold, flu, asthma, cancer, skin problems, osteoporosis, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes 1 and 2, autism, multiple sclerosis, hormonal imbalance, athletic performance, hair loss, Crohn’s disease, eczema, mood problems, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis, tuberculosis, aging, migraines, insomnia, hearing loss, periodontal disease, seizures, cystic fibrosis, fertility, depression, Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia, and many other conditions.
Vitamin D also acts as an immune system regulator because although it stimulates different types of white blood cells to fight with bacteria, virus or cancer cells yet at the same time it can prevent excessive expression of inflammatory cytokines. In this way vitamin D may be very helpful in preventing and treating allergies and autoimmune diseases.
Vitamin D can be very effective in fighting flu or colds as it produces numerous natural and harmless antibiotics such as antimicrobial peptides. It increases our ability to fight chronic inflammation and infections. German scientists discovered that vitamin D increases the effectiveness of human immune system by 3 to 5 times and is more successful in fighting the bird flu virus than any vaccine!
Vitamin D deficiency leads to low bone mineral density and osteomalacia (rickets in children). Low levels of vitamin D are associated with obesity, certain types of cancer, high cholesterol levels, multiple sclerosis, hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, eczema, psoriasis, periodontal disease, insomnia, infertility, cystic fibrosis, depression, migraines, Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia. Also pregnant and lactating women are encouraged to take vitamin D3 supplements. A 2013 study by University of Kentucky researchers found out that low levels of vitamin D causes damage to the brain.
Caffeine products (coffee, tea, chocolate, cola drinks, etc.) are known to affect vitamin D receptors in human body, not allowing it to absorb all the ingested amount of the vitamin.
In case of deficiency, take about 4,000 to 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 daily especially during winter months, although some people are so deficient in this vitamin that they may require 20,000 to even 30,000 units each day for some time to reach the normal level. Use only vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) supplements and not vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) because only the first one is the same type of vitamin created in our body when we expose our skin to the sun. D3 is almost 90% more potent and more efficient in our body and it is converted about five times faster than D2. One of the recent studies also demonstrated that vitamin D2 supplements slightly increased the mortality risk while D3 reduced it.
Keep in mind that getting vitamin D from sun exposure is still regarded as more beneficial than vitamin D3 supplements. Besides, it is impossible to overdose vitamin D when we get it from sun exposure because our body has the ability to regulate this process. If you expose unprotected skin to the sun on the summer between 10 am and 2 pm for about 15 minutes a day, you will probably store enough of vitamin D.
There are also some other details we need to be aware of with regards to vitamin D. Sunlight is composed of 1500 wavelengths, and only UVB-rays can make Vitamin D on our skin when the sun’s angle to the Earth is greater than 50°. That is why in countries such as UK, our skin isn’t able to make vitamin D from our bodies’ exposure to the sunlight between November and March as the sunlight hasn’t got enough UVB (ultraviolet B) radiation. Also early morning and late afternoon sun won’t produce enough vitamin D as the angle of the sun is lower than 50° and therefore the ozone layer would reflect the UVB-rays back into space while the more dangerous and longer UVA-rays would still reach the Earth. Thus the best time to sunbath during the summertime is probably between 10am and 2pm, or even better between 11am and 1pm.
Some specialists also suggest that we shouldn’t sunbathe on cloudy days and when the sun is lower than 50° because our body will be subject to the harmful effects of the UVA-rays while the UVB-rays cannot penetrate the clouds and are also unable to rich our skin when the sun angle is lower than 50°. Also remember that you don’t need to spend long hours in the sun to get the optimal benefits of sunlight because an extra time in the sun doesn’t mean we will still keep on making more vitamin D out of cholesterol. 15 to 30 minutes a day would be enough. If we keep on doing it during the summer season we should get vitamin D from our body’s stores during the winter, or otherwise we need to get it from good quality vitamin D3 supplements.
In addition, when the UVB-rays of the sun reach our body our skin uses them to convert cholesterol found in our skin into Vitamin D3. The problem, however, is that the newly formed in this way vitamin D3 requires up to two days to be entirely absorbed from the skin into the bloodstream. It means that the longer we stay away from showering our bodies the more vitamin D3 will be absorbed, because water (especially with soap) washes away much of the vitamin. Therefore, the best solution, if possible, would be to wash only the parts of the body which were not exposed to the sun such as armpits and groin area, and if you have to take a shower try to apply soap only to where it is necessary.
Dosage: Since the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for vitamin D which is only 600 IU per day for adults is unbelievably low we can assume that it is probably inspired and controlled (imposed) by big pharma which doesn’t want people to be healthy. However, according to an article published in 2005 in the Journal of Nutrition, this amount should be regarded as insufficient, especially when we take into consideration the fact that a 15-minute exposure to the sun can produce as much as 20,000 IU of vitamin D3. The ideal serum level of vitamin D for children, adolescents, adults and elderly should be between 50 and 70 ng/ml. In case of individuals suffering from heart disease or cancer it should be even higher (between 80 and 120 ng/ml). Unfortunately most people do not spend sufficient time in the sun and as a result they suffer from vitamin D deficiency. Remember, therefore, to expose your body to the sun whenever it is possible as sun rays convert your body cholesterol into vitamin D which is vital for your health.
If you can’t afford higher doses take at least 4,000 IU of vitamin D3 a day with meal. But since deficiency of this vitamin is so widespread (especially in the UK) it would be better to take 10,000 to even 50,000 IU a day with meals with appropriate doses of magnesium. If you decide to try high doese of 50,000 IU a day take it for no longer than two months and after that reduce to 10,000 IU a day.
Another requirement for proper absorption of vitamin D is 200 mcg of Vitamin K2 MK-7 (Derived from Natural Natto) every day.
– Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) is one of the most powerful antioxidants and an excellent weapon to prevent and treat skin cancer, fatigue, cancer, CVDs, dementia, and other numerous health problems. For instance, sun radiation generates a powerful radical called superoxide which is damaging to the skin DNA. However, under normal circumstances our body can easily handle superoxide from the sun by making its own powerful antyoxidants such as SOD which protects the skin by neutralizing superoxide as well as many other free radicals. Our body is created in such a wonderful way that it has an amazing abilities to even transform bad chemicals into beneficial ones. And SOD is one of the weapons our body uses to perform thi task. SOD first converts a harmful free radical to hydrogen pyroxide (see the picture below), which is less dangerous than the previous radical but still harmful, so the liver uses two other antioxidant enzymes catalase and GPx (Glutathione peroxidase) to finish the work started by SOD and convert hydrogen pyroxide into something which is very beneficial, water and oxygen. That is why we should strive to have enough of those free most important antioxidants (catalase, glutathione, and SOD).
The problem starts when oxidative free radicals are in excess and when there is deficiency of antioxidant nutrients such as SOD, glutathione, vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, etc. In this case the free radicals win the war with antioxidants and damage the walls of the cells and they also damage the DNA transforming normal cells into abnormal ones (cancer cells).
SOD, as well as other two powerful antioxidants glutathoione and catalase, are naturally produced in our livers. The problem however is that liver is often exhausted by constantly trying to detoxify the body due to unhealthy lifestyle, toxic diet, chemicals, pollution, stymulants, etc., that make it unable to make sufficient amount of SOD, catalase and glutathione.
There are also a few food sources of Superoxide Dismutase such as Honey dew melons, Barley grass juice, or Spirulina. The most well-known barley grass enzyme is superoxide dismutase (SOD) and because of that many athletes take this well-known antioxidant to counteract the large amounts of free radicals which are produced by aerobic exercise. Spirulina is regarded as the world’s highest natural source of SOD.
Unfortunately, as we get older we are less able to produce enough of those extremaly important antioxidants and food sources (including melon, spirulina and barley grass) are too low in SOD to meet the needs. For this reason, it is necessary to provide the body with good quality SOD supplements. However, keep in mind that regular SOD supplements are not very effective as they are mostly destroyed in the digestive tract. Fortunately, there a newer form of SOD called glisodin (GliSODin), which is a natural product made from SOD extracted from cantaloupe melon (containing very high levels of superoxide dismutase) that has been integrated with gliadin (a protein from wheat), which protects it from degradation in the digestive system. GliSODin has been proven by research to substantially raise the body’s levels of SOD. This means we now have a very powerful way to protect our skin from the damaging effect of superoxide produced by sun radiation and against other radicals. By catalyzing the breakdown of free superoxide radicals into harmless hydrogen molecules, Glisodin SOD removes harmful oxygen molecules before they have a chance to radicalise our cell structure.
Glisodin is now offered by numerous manufacturers (just google “glisodin” and you will find them) and here you have one example: GLISODIN SOD Gliadin Complex 300mg 60 caps, by Swanson Ultra. This formula protects the SOD from inactivation in the digestive tract and provides potent protection for your skin, eyes, joints, cardiovascular system and more.
Ingredients: GliSODin Superoxide Dismutase/Gliadin (from wheat) Complex (300 IU of SOD activity), Catalase (another powerful antioxidant and also fungal enzyme naturally produced in the liver) (25,000 catalase units/gram) (from Aspergillus niger), L-Glutathione (L-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine) (reduced), Rice flour, maltodextrin, gelatin, may contain one or both of the following: magnesium stearate, silica.
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule one to two times per day with water. I would take no more than 1 a day as there is always a risk that your liver may stop making its own SOD.

– Apart from SOD there is another enzyme which is able to prevent skin cancer. Some studies suggest that we may be prone to skin cancer if we lack certain important enzyme, called Photolyase, which normally reverses the DNA damage caused by sun or artificial light radiation. The way this enzyme heals damaged DNA in skin cells is nothing short of a miracle. According to sciantists, photolyase captures photons (light particles) from the sun light and use them to inject a single proton and a single electron into the damaged DNA which cures it within just a few billionths of a second!

IS IT POSSIBLE?
This manual contains the best and most relevant information about natural ways to prevent and treat all types of cancer whether it is benign or malignant.
If you manage to carefully follow all the recommendations presented here and also in the Health Recovery Plan, the complete recovery will be possible. And this bold statement is not only a wish or a theory but it is based on my own long experience as I personally know many individuals who permanently recovered from cancer after implementing the principles listed in the Health Recovery Plan and as a result of using the remedies and recommendations I have included in this article.
But even if, in spite of your sincere efforts, you fail to recover, which sometimes happens, and you will have to face death, it won’t be a scary and hopeless experience anymore after you become familiar and fully accept the wonderful truth included in the spiritual aspect of this therapy. Instead of being afraid of death you will be able to say, “For to me to die is gain” (Phil. 1:21) as your heart will be filled with God-given assurance of much better future, assurance of facing true – not only spiritual but also physical reality of new wonderful and never-ending life without sickness, suffering or death.
However, although it is true that in case of the advanced stage of malignant caner, even the best therapy can’t guarantee recovery, yet even in this situation you shouldn’t despair and loose hope as there are many who overcame cancer even though they were sentenced to death. During my long experience I recommended the same excellent recovery plan to many people suffering from different types of cancer and those who managed to implement its principles often permanently recovered including even some who were told their disease was terminal and were given a few months to live.

CANCER RECOVERY STORIES
RECOVERY FROM “TERMINAL” METASTASIZED COLON CANCER

“Cancer was the best thing that ever happened to me. [It] taught me much but I was born a rebel soul!”
Diagnosis, surgery & biopsy
16 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer (tumors in the sigmoid curve of the decending colon) and was told I could possibly live another 6 months if I took the chemo. Whether it was stage 1,2,3, or 4 (terminal) I do not know. I know only that the surgeon and the radiation and chemo oncologist present during the surgery all agreed that I would live maybe 6 months. That is if I took the chemo. NO-BRAINER at least for me. I wouldn’t take the chemo no matter what they said. I saw too many friends go that route and I preferred not to die like that.
So, fortunately I had paid attention in my short life and knew from my past friends’ experience that if ever confronted with this antagonist, I would take my chance with the cancer for there had to be a far better way to cross over to the other side of life than a dance with the chemo.
During surgery (simply because I did not know better at the time) they found tumors in some lymph nodes as well as others attached to the prostate and stomach. They were saying they thought other organs may be affected as well. (Have you heard of the Richard Block Cancer Center in Kansas City Missouri? That is the home of Henry and Richard Block of H&R Block tax accountants. They are very popular here in the U.S. Richard started the center and had a board of five physicians. Three of these men were in the operating room. The surgeon, chemo guy and radiation guy. I found this out when I took my case before the board for a second opinion. They said there was nothing they could do.)
Biopsies showed malignant and of course they did not need to tell me when I came out of surgery because I could see it in their faces. They said I was in denial because I didn’t cry or get mad. I was thinking of what I was going to do. One night the nurses were talking that they should call my family because they didn’t think I would make it through the night, but I told them to let me die in peace. I didn’t want people there crying and all emotional about a natural event. As I lay there I just couldn’t see myself dying. I knew I had to get out of the hospital or I would be carried out feet first.
Taking things into my own hands
The next day I hung the bags, one for urine, one for drainage coming out the left side of my abdomen, the huge IV in my neck, I hung these on the IV tree and began walking up and down the halls a few times a day. They were freaking on this, the hospital staff, but I was going to walk out on my own. After a week of begging the docs to let me go they finally sent me home.
The oncologist that administers the chemo told me all the things he would do but I told him no way I was going out of this life like that. He was an arrogant SOB. They called me at home for several weeks after, telling me that I was giving up and I was a coward. They could give me 6 more months, was I stupid? I had a follow-up appointment with the surgeon a few weeks later, the day after I began my self-healing, and he told me, “the stronger I got from the diet and exercise, the stronger the cancer would get.” He was brilliant. I still laugh at that one.
Back to Eden: my self-healing begins
The day after I was out of the hospital my best friend and his dad came to visit. His dad had a book called “Back to Eden” by Jethro Kloss written in the 1920s. It lay on my coffee table for a couple of weeks before I opened it and read his words. If I did the veggie diet and drank the violet leaf tea, it would cure the cancer. I began the next morning by boiling onions and carrots and drinking a large pot of this tea each day.
The treatment I used changed as I was ready. I began the journey with Mr. Kloss’s information. The violet leaf tea. Which I simply boiled in a big pot and then drank at least 6 quarts a day. A bit extreme but I liked it. Of course no sugar or sweetener. I ate only fresh fruit and vegetables for a few weeks, then began oatmeal in the morning. No sugar or milk, no poison. I put a little honey in the water as it heated and then stirred in the oats. Quick or regular or steel cut, it doesn’t matter.
Then I started studying macrobiotics but they are biased and think they have the only truth. B. S. You take the good and spit out the bad, as in all things. But I learned about bean curd which I love. Brown rice which is Mother’s milk to us. The sea veggies, other grains such as millet and barley. Beans of all kinds. But that started a few months after I did the Kloss thing.
But I was very strict, I was wanting to live. I did not falter in the least. I gave up drinking everything but water and lots of it and the tea only. No fruit juice. No veggie juice. No vitamins or anything else.
I have talked with people about this for many years and the first thing I ask is if they smoke. If they say “do I have to stop smoking”? then I know they don’t have the mettle to heal themselves. What are you prepared to do for good health? I didn’t drink beer, booze, wine, nothing alcoholic. I guess I was willing to do whatever made logical sense. I followed my path, when I learned about red clover and other herbs I incorporated them into my tea. Like the twig and stem kicocha or something like that (a macrobiotic thing).
Walking and visualization
I also began walking 3 miles a day and visualization, a change in attitude towards life and living. The daily walking was important, as was the visualization and meditation. I went back in my life and would visualize the people that I thought I needed to forgive and that needed to forgive me, of course in my mind. I asked them for forgiveness and forgave them. A clean mind is healing itself.
I also would remove my clothing in the woods near my home sitting on a high hill in the dirt as I watched the sun come up over the far hill and ask father sun to pour into me his energy and visualize that energy moving through my body.
“Only one kind of cancer”
I have learned there is only one type of cancer, it begins in the marrow where cells are produced and “cancer” as we call it is the body’s way of dealing with abnormalities. The cells find the weakest link and the body isolates these cells in the form of a tumor to save our lives. We need to work with the body’s natural healing system to rid ourselves of these tumors. But it all starts in the marrow in the blood and by cleansing the blood we heal ourselves. Nature is very logical and very simple. We do not fight against nature but we bend to the wind and storms of life and we not only survive but we thrive.
So the tumors are only signs that your body is fighting a blood condition. It is producing unhealthy cells and the body is isolating them to form tumors.

You cannot learn about cancer if you listen to what the AMA says about an illness they know nothing about. They are only selling drugs for the chem companies. It is all simple logic. I did nothing but what was logical. Someone asked me what my blood count was. I said I didn’t know. So they said then I could not have had cancer. I did not take their treatment.
My healing from terminal colon cancer
It is a simple thing to be healed of cancer. It is the body that does the work, not my head. I only furnish it with the tools needed to obtain good health.
Originally I think my only thought was to die like a man. With my head up and a smile on my face. But I can assure you the chemo or radiation is no way for a person to live or die. It is barbaric and not even the bloodletters of the early centuries could match the AMA. The modern time quacks. Hippocrates was a brilliant man and said it all, “let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food”. They take a hypocritic oath today, not hippocratic.
I think much of the healing was in the search for better health. I read about many “quack cures” and see elements of truth in all. What works for one may not work for another. But the key element they all have in common. This is oxygen. You get this from walking and fruits and veggies and water. The herbs cleanse the blood and disease cannot live in pure blood. Just clean the blood and give your body the elements it needs to produce good cells.
If you look at my healing from a medical standpoint you would say what many doctors have said since then. “It is a miracle”, “it was misdiagnosed”, “I just got lucky”. I believe in only one God and that is this precious Earth Mother that gave me life along with that spark of energy from Our Father Sun. I wish I was lucky and win the lottery. But perhaps those doctors as learned as they were did mis-diagnose my condition. It was not an easy thing to do, to disregard medical advice and fly by the seat of my pants with what was my life, my future. What, me put my life in the hands of another? No way! But as I said before, I am a rebel spirit and as I said then and now like Frank sang, “I did it my way”.
When I was 17 and in the Army, the doctors wanted to cut one of my lungs out. I said no way, I will die with all my parts. They even threatened to court-martial me for disobeying a direct order. But I was not going to let it happen. At age thirty, a lung specialist said if I had the lung disorder I described to them, that there was no sign of it now. They told me at the time if I lived to be 25 I would be in an iron lung. So you see I have always been a rebel and am here breathing air on terra to tell about it. Just because those people have been well educated according to popular thought from the “best Universities”, they are only human and cannot predict the future. But that’s another story for another time.
My journey was interesting and I still claim that cancer was the best thing that ever happened to me. It woke me up out of my passivity and gave me focus and energy and an awareness of my character. I was very proud to have embraced death as I gained my freedom from religion and so much more. Fear is what our Earth Mother cannot abide, she rewards courage and independence. I live my life as I see and walk my path as I am led by her wisdom.
Life goes on within you and without you so we need to live life while it is here. Cancer good or bad it is, as all of life, in how you look at it. For me it was very good and taught me much about myself. After all, it matters to have an end to journey towards, but it is the journey that matters in the end.
Listen to your body & your intuition
You have to listen to your body. All people are different and if you touch mama she will not let you down. If you show her a pure heart and she knows you are serious then she will lead you down your own path. Even if you die in a week or a month or a year it is not a bad thing. I was ready, I faced it and did not fear the reaper. I see the other side as another step in the journey of life. It is the promise of birth, we cannot run nor hide from it.
Tell people not to listen to humans but trust their intuition, trust their nature and trust Mother, she really does know best.
My brother’s cancer journey
My little brother was diagnosed last week with lymphoma and sent me this site today. My brother is insisting that he needs to use all he can to fight the cancer so he will begin his chemo Monday and though I have talked to him about this, it is his path to walk but I will be here to support him. He has begun the veggie diet and is drinking a mixture of violet leaf, red clover blossoms, golden seal and chapparal. His attitude as well as that of his wife and daughters has done a 180 and they are positive and showing affection as I have not seen since their union 20 years ago.
I had a dream about 20 years ago and I saw my brother hanging from a rope or something around his neck choking him and I was standing under him with my arms wrapped around his legs trying to hold him up. But the water that appeared about me was rising and was up to my neck but I refused to let go and I awoke crying. Maybe this is what that dream symbolized: I have to hold on to him and not let him go. I have lost a brother and a sister already to cancer. My sister told me she didn’t like that stuff, referring to the veggie diet and the herb tea. Tumors in the lung. My brother it was tumors in the colon, he said he was too far gone for my treatment to help him. I was just lucky he said. But before he passed he told another sister he was living with that he wished he could have listened to me and was strong enough to take that path. It is sad when you have a cup of cool fresh water and someone you love is dying of thirst. You feel isolated and useless.
Update October 2007:
Progress is certain for my little brother. I told you he was diagnosed with lymphoma a little more than a month ago. Well he floundered a little and the docs had him scared and he did considered chemo. But they screwed up and decided to change his protocol and not inform him until he arrived and the doctor was nowhere to be found nor did he contact my brother until the next day about this. So Don sought another doctor and they came up with a plan to take only the radiation in the radiation-chop the other doctor wanted to give him. So he took one treatment along with several bottles of sodium bicarbonate. But he has decided no more he will go the regimen I have set him on and will take no more chemo. He says as long as he feels this good why should he take the chemo. So I am elated. My baby brother Don will live many more years and be able to see his daughters graduate college and get married and bounce his grandchildren on his knee. So life is good in my world.
I am now 54 years old and enjoy good health and travel each winter to South America.
There is also a growing interest of treating cancer using HYDROGEN PEROXIDE or BAKING SODA. Personally I wouldn’t use these methods as both of them may cause dangerous side effects especially when used improperly. Apart from that, no therapy is more effective than the one presented here. However, I understand that not everyone is able or willing to go on completely plant-base and mostly raw diet or use the remedies listed above. So in this case if you are interested in HYDROGEN PEROXIDE or BAKING SODA first read a lot, get acquainted with all cons and pros, and if you decide to try them be very careful as they may cause dangerous side effects if you use them in a wrong way.
